December 2021 - version 23.4.0

All assigned kit codes are now included in the randomisation table download (previously only codes assigned at randomsiation were included).
Fixed an issue that affected version 23.3.0 Stata with do format downloads that produced invalid category label definitions.
Fixed an issue in the CRF Builder that affected form rules when a form was superseded.
Fixed downloads to include randomisations that do not have codes assigned at randomisation and include sites not assigned to any country.

September 2021 - version 23.3.0

Added the ability to reorder categories in the CRF builder
API download method added. Any table that appears on the download page can be sent via the API in CSV format.
The API endpoint URL is now shown on the specification page
The randomisation API method was incorrectly assigning the current date to null date fields when converting to iso8601 format. This is now fixed.
Date comparison validation didn’t work correctly with the randomise API method, because dates are supplied in iso8601 format. This is now fixed.
Downloading data is now more efficient
The subject view is no longer displaced to below the subject list when the subject list is wide
Fixed an issue with Stata do download format. It had created missing values for versioned categorical fields.
Fixed an issue with creating randomisation only systems that could lead to incorrect roles/permissions

CRF builder now allows duplicating forms into other visits.
CRF builder allows users to choose whether a parent form must be completed / not completed in form rules.
CRF builder warnings are now in blue. The pink used previously was too similar to form errors.

Fixed an issue that caused problems with rules when duplicating a section, form, or visit containing a protected field.

Pattern match expressions in the CRF builder are now validated
The code list dispensing policy now uses kits that expire earlier in preference to kits that expire later. For kits with the same expiry date lower kit block numbers are still preferred.
Fixed a markup issue for query edits and an issue that caused distributor edits to fail
Fixed Stata with .do file format. It had outputted missing values for pre-coded category variables

Automated site restocking feature added
A new Pharmacist role can mark shipments as received and view the code list at their own site
Low stock email notifications can be enabled for any site that does not have automated restocking turned on. The restock level is site specific and triggers the email. The restock level is calculated per treatment (e.g. a restock level of 6 with a 1:1 allocation ratio means that if either active or placebo levels fall to 3 the email will be sent).
Sites display the number recruited and target recruitment
Replaced the target randomisation with a target recruitment report. This uses the site specific targets to calculate the cumulative target.
Report header row is now sticky
Attachments are shown inline rather than forcing a download
Kit type is no longer an optional extra. Kit type is now ‘Standard’ by default and extra kit types can be created via the kit type column in uploaded code lists.
Manual kit codes must now be available at the site (previously it was possible to allocate a code manually from any site)
The specification page describes the number and type of kits allocated at randomisation
Different kit types can be assigned at follow-up (if >1 kit type defined in the code list)

Support for stratified minimisation incorporated
Auto upcase helper added to the CRF builder to force string fields to uppercase
Form rules added to the CRF builder to allow selected forms to be required or skipped depending on values entered into the CRF
Categories can now use differing labels and values. Data is stored and downloaded as the value but presented as the label in the UI. There is currently no support for specifying categories with differing values/labels in the CRF builder.
Hard range and soft range helpers now support decimal min and max values
Fixed a bug which prevented date equal comparison with a field from another form
No longer allow the same name to be used when duplicating a form
